Let me start by hoping that this letter finds all of you in good health as we navigate through this challenging time. I would like to take this opportunity to provide you with an update on our status, since the series of related announcements regarding the temporary closure of our facilities on March 17 were distributed.
Production:
Over the past few weeks, each of our facilities has ramped up its production capabilities, while incorporating the necessary measures to keep our employees safe. Our facilities are not 100% back to the pre-COVID capacity levels with a number of our production associates still in the process of returning to work; however, we feel we are not far off from reaching that point. Continue to work with your Outside or Inside Sales Rep to get any questions answered relative to order/upfit status.
Parts, Service & Showroom:
Parts Counter Associates are available by phone at each our locations to assist in any parts related help that is needed. Additionally, service-related work and assistance is also available. Coordinate anything needed on the Service side through your normal channels. Dejana Showrooms remain temporarily closed. However, continue to reach out to the on-site Parts Counter Associates to coordinate any part pickup at your Dejana location.
Sales – Outside, Inside, and Quoting:
Ready and standing by to help you in any way they can! Aside from the Outside reps, both our Inside Sales Team & Quoting/Estimating teams continue to perform their duties remotely, as we execute a Work-From-Home strategy… doing our part to help flatten the curve… but also serving you and your customers!
