Welcome to the Dejana Warranty & Marketing Registration program for eligible dealer employees. This page will familiarize you, dealer employee, with the program, enrollment requirements and program process.
Please review this information carefully and complete the steps indicated to ensure a smooth setup. Dealer employees enrolled in the program are referred to as ‘Select Rewards Members‘.
Program Overview
Certain dealer employees may be eligible to become Dejana Select Rewards members as part of the Dejana Warranty & Marketing Registration Program upon approval by Dejana and provided that the dealer that employs the dealer employee has not opted out of the program. Select Rewards members agree to provide marketing information including vehicle ownership and warranty registration that may qualify for a reward. Rewards
members that receive a reward shall be liable for any federal, state or local taxes imposed on the reward. Select Rewards members may opt-out of the reward program at any time by contacting Sharon Rose: 631-544-9000 or srose@dejana.com. In addition, Dejana may revoke the right of a dealer employee to be a Select Rewards member at any time, including, without limitation, if the dealer that employs the dealer employee opts out of the program for its employees.
To participate in the Dejana Warranty & Marketing Registration Program you will need to complete and submit the application, which may be rejected by Dejana in its sole discretion. A Dejana representative will finalize enrollment and you will receive your card in the mail. Call or visit the website listed in the documentation and use your new Account Access Code to obtain your PIN. Cards typically arrive two weeks in an UNMARKED envelope…NOT JUNK!!

Dealer Employee Instructions
1. Opt-In/ Dealer Employee Registration
If you wish to participate in the Dejana Warranty & Marketing Registration Program you will need to complete and submit the application to the contact listed on the form. At time of registration you will be required to enter your personal information such as legal name, social security number, and to verify your address.
2. Registration Submission and Receipt of Card
Submit your application via instructions on the form for a Dejana representative to finalize your enrollment into the program. You will receive your PNC Prepaid Card in the mail and will need to call or visit the website listed in the documentation to use your new Account Access Code to obtain your PIN. Cards typically arrive two weeks in an UNMARKED envelope.
3. Dealer Claim Process
For each qualifying vehicle or piece of equipment you sell under the Warranty & Marketing Registration program, a Dealer Warranty Registration Form is required. There are two different ways a dealer can submit a claim: via electronic form or manual fax.
Program Guidelines, Qualifications and Disclaimers
- Dealer employees must receive a pre-registration notification from a Dejana representative before the dealer employee may become eligible for a reward.
- When completing the registration process and related forms, use only full, legal names.
- All claims must be submitted in their entirety and are not approved until proper documentation has been provided and validated.
- Rewards will be paid directly to the PNC Prepaid Card. Rewards will not be paid with respect to any vehicle or piece of equipment for which full and final payment has not been received by Dejana. Allow 1 month for claim processing and receipt of payment from the date Dejana receives full and final payment.
- Dejana is not responsible for lost, stolen or misdirected paperwork or lost or stolen cards.
- Dealer employees claiming a reward must currently be employed at a dealer that has not opted its employees out of participation in the Warranty & Marketing Registration Program.
- Offer limited to one reward amount per vehicle or piece of equipment.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the PNC Prepaid Card?
Your PNC Prepaid Card is a prepaid Visa card funded through a deposit made by Dejana for rewards that you earn pursuant to the Warranty & Marketing Registration Program that you can use to make purchases up to the amount available on the card.
Is my PNC Prepaid Card a credit card?
Your PNC Prepaid Card is not a credit card. You can only spend what is loaded onto your card.
How can I use my PNC Prepaid Card?
Your PNC Prepaid Card is used just like a Visa debit card. Each time the card is used, the amount that is spent will automatically be deducted from the balance available on your card.
What should I do when asked to select ‘Debit’ or ‘Credit’?
Both responses will access the balance available on the card. Selecting Credit will require you to sign for the purchase, selecting Debit will require you to enter your PIN.
What do I do if the merchant tells me my card was ‘declined’?
Declines generally occur because the purchase amount is more than the available funds on your card. Please contact Cardholder Services at 1.866.453.5071 for any additional questions you may have regarding your card.
How do I use my card at the ATM?
Follow the directions on the ATM screen and either insert or swipe your card, then enter your PIN.
