Job Description:  Ensures the completion of engineering projects on time and on budget with limited guidance from senior engineering personnel.

Responsibilities Included (but not limited to):

  • Task related guidance will be provided by senior level personnel who are leading projects
  • Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic and mechanical drawings, schematics, technical bulletins and government regulations
  • Utilize LEAN methodology in new product design including 7 ways, better 3, fishbone diagrams, process-at-a-glance and concept evaluations
  • Assist in the design, testing and performance validation of prototypes which includes internal lab testing as well as external field testing
  • Produce complex layout drawings on CAD and check tolerances and clearances, complete detailed drawings following company standards without guidance
  • Complete and maintain all required reports such as engineering reports, test reports and development plans generated from FMEA
  • Ensure new designs meet or exceed company/customer standards for safety, quality, performance, reliability, manufacturability and cost
  • Validate product pre-launch and post launch performance as compared to customer requirements
  • Enter, check and maintain complex BOM’s, complete complex ECN’s, coordinate changes with affected departments
  • Assist in creating product literature including owners manuals, parts lists, installation instructions and mechanics guides
  • Provide engineering expertise in cross functional teams to ensure the ongoing improvement of product quality, error proofing processes and productivity while reducing cost

Branch Manager

Baltimore, MD (CARGO)

Job Description:  The Branch Manager is responsible for general supervision of all phases of plant operations including production, scheduling and logistics.   Responsibilities also include manpower management and capital improvements.  In addition, the Branch Manager will be responsible for annual budget planning and execution. They will work closely with the production team to increase productivity and profitability within the manufacturing operation. This person must be trained and have at least 7 years of experience including best practices in both managerial and production and DDMS platforms.

Skills: 

  • 7+ year’s progressive experience in a key leadership/management role at a manufacturing facility.
  • Previous experience/strong understanding of budgeting/expense management with a basic understanding of financial and accounting practices.

Warranty Manager

Job Description: This position is responsible for providing technical information and assistance to dealers and customers, and to administer the warranty claims process on Dejana equipment. This position serves as a contact for customers and dealers regarding product quality and warranty issues while managing the overall warranty process. This position will not have any direct reports.
