Choose the material delivery system that’s best for your operation: the precise HELIXX™ shaftless auger for bulk rock salt or the heavy-duty pintle chain conveyor for bulk sand or salt/sand mix application.

- Units are designed to mount easily on pick-up, dump or platform trucks.
- The Fisher Poly Tempest is available in either the traditional chain drive system or the all new HELIXX chain auger delivery system.
- The precise HELIXX™ auger delivery system for bulk rock salt or the durable pintle chain delivery system for sand and salt/sand mix. With 1.5 cu yd or 2.2 cu yd capacities, these units are optimal for pickup trucks.
- The ridges on the spinner ensure an even distribution of material throughout the spread arc. The spinner is 16” diameter and can spread salt up to 36’ and sand up to 24’.
- Reduce heavy startup loads on the drivetrain and potential bridging during operations with the optional inverted V. Made of 12 gauge 201 stainless steel, the inverted V is strong and corrosion-resistant, for use in highly demanding environments. The inverted V is easy to assemble and install and will provide years of trouble-free use.
- A steel top screen comes standard, which helps break up large chunks of de-icing material during the loading process to prevent clogging and bridging during spreader operation. The anchor piece is now bolted on instead of welded for easy replacement.
- The two high-torque 12-volt electric motors provide quiet, reliable and independent control over the conveyor and spinner mechanisms. The spinner motor is sealed inside a weather-resistant housing, protecting it from corrosion, while the conveyor motor is completely sealed from the elements.
